The necessary data for making the transfer (ABI (Italian banker’s association) number, bank code, account number) will be provided if you select this payment method.
The merchandise will not be delivered until the transfer is processed.
By Cash Payment
In this case the payment must be made directly to Our courier upon delivery.

RIGHT TO ORDER REVERSAL
Penna Truffles of Penna Marco wishes to establish a trusting relationship with its clients, guaranteeing reimbursement or substitution of delivered merchandise if any significant reason for customer dissatisfaction occurs.

Purchases made on our site, like all long-distance purchases made by phone or mail, since they occur outside any commercial establishment, are subject to D.Lgs (legislative order) n. 185 of 22/05/1999 that provides for the buyer’s ability to exercise the right of order reversal.

Collection of personal data is of a strictly obligatory nature, fulfilling legal as well as fiscal responsibilities; the data may be shared with third parties (e.g. banks, insurance agencies, organizations linked with our company) for the sole purposes of further developing our customer relations and doing the job for which we are resonsible, you may at any time access your personal data to update, modify or supplement them, or simply remove them from our database.
