or Tagliatelle pasta with Truffles: cook the pasta in salted boiling water and dress it with truffle sauce and truffled condiment. Arrange the pasta on a platter and garnish with sliced truffles. |

Truffled
scallops: Put the truffled condiment in a saucepan and let it warm. Flour the meat well on both sides of each slice, and put them in the saucepan. When the meat looks cooked and golden brown, remove from the heat and add some truffle sauce on each slice, and, if desired, some sliced truffles. Cover with a lid for a couple of minutes and serve. |
